# update licenses

Hi,

I’ve a simple question: Is it posible upgrade Suse 12 Enterprise licenses to suse 12 Enterprise for Sap HANA?

I think you’d need to speak to your local SUSE Sales office if you’re  
specifically asking whether it’s possible to upgrade a SUSE Linux  
Enterprise Server (SLES) 12 license to SLES for SAP Applications 12.

However if you’re instead asking if it’s possible to migrate a server  
running SLES to SLES for SAP Applications then yes it’s possible. Since  
the instructions differ which exact version of SLES12 are you currently  
using? Please can you post the output from “cat /etc/\*release”.
