Kernel Libre errors

I suppose you could try to remove kernel-default, add your repository and
then add your own kernel from there, but this is a pretty huge change.
You may need to verify that the builds out there have all of the symbols
that the SUSE-built kernels have in order to satisfy dependencies within
the RPM system, and even then I suppose there could be tweaks done on
either side that will impact the success of the venture.

Either way I am interested to hear how things go for you. Also if you can
share why you would want to change kernels it may be useful. Is
FSF-compatible ONLY about the kernel? There is a lot of other software in
a Linux distribution that could potentially conflict with Stallman’s ideal
view of free and open source software.

Good luck.
