Everything I’m seeing says that 9.3 was the last version before going to 10.0, but I’m far from an expert here. It seems like 9.3 should be able to do most of what you need to rescue the data and move it to something more modern or move it to a VM, the point releases generally don’t have large changes.
It might be worth listing why you need something that old, someone might then be able to suggest a process to make a different version do what you need and get back up and running.
