Hey guys,
I have SUSE Observability via our partner agreement (its called Restricted - Partner Program only Subscription for SUSE Observability) - however I see no way to activate this, looking at the docs I am assuming I should of received some kind of activation email to spawn the SaaS instance.
Any ideas?
If you’re asking about the “Partner Use” or “Not for Resale” (NFR) software from SUSE then I too have access and see a registration code for SUSE Observability in my list of NFR subscriptions plus also in the SUSE Customer Center (SCC).
When installing SUSE Observability you provide the registration code using the --set license='<your license>' flag when generating Helm chart values files - please see https://docs.stackstate.com/get-started/k8s-suse-rancher-prime#installation .

Did you install the self-hosted option then? it says for SaaS that I should of received an email from the platform, but nothing came through. Happy to do self-hosted.
Sorry yes that is self-hosted. There was an early trial for SUSE Cloud Observability which has since finished but theoretically it should be possible - I suggest contacting your Partner Executive in the first instance to ask.
