Connecting a RedHat client to RedHat repository via Suse Manager

Hi folks,
We have couple of RedHat Clients which got Updates from RdHat repository via Suse Manager 4.3. Unfortunately the subscription for RedHat was expired and renewed but the entitlement and certificate were not updated automatically. Hence we do not get any Update from RedHat via Suse Manager. Registering RedHat client via Suse Manager as described in documentation is not working.

Forbidden: Invalid credentials for request

I have opened a case by Suse Support but unfortunately they do not help as the client is running RedHat.

Any idea how I can register the RedHat client via Suse Manager as only Suse Manager Server has
the connection to internet.

I believe you’ll need a Red Hat client with a connection to the internet, possibly temporarily, as per https://documentation.suse.com/suma/4.3/en/suse-manager/client-configuration/clients-rh-cdn.html
