Error when refreshing repositories

I have a SUSE Enterprise for SAP server that was built for us. Whenever I install software or refresh the repos I get the following errors for a number of the standard repository locations. I guess this was caused by being built with offline repos? Not sure. Anyway, how do I repoint at the online repos for SUSE Ent for SAP?

Problem retrieving files from ‘Basesystem-Module-15.4-0’.
Failed to mount 192.168.1.1:/exports/solutions/sap-hana/SUSE/15SP4/repo on /var/tmp/AP_0xDY3tRy: Mounting media failed (mount.nfs: Connection timed out

Many thanks

Ben

The failed mounts suggest that this server was installed using locally hosted repositories but then hasn’t been registered (either directly to SUSE Customer Center to a local SUSE Manager/RMT server)?

Given the repository names I’m guessing this is SLES for SAP Applications 15 SP4 which further suggests the server hasn’t been registered as General Support for SP4 ended in December 2023 with Extended Service Pack Overlay Support (ESPOS) now in play.

Does this server have a subscription?

Hi smflood,
Thanks for replying. The server has been recently registered and does have a subscription. I would guess your analysis of how this has happened is correct. Do you know how to fix it?

OK I think I’ve sorted the issue. Checking the repos in YAST they appeared to be duplicates. I disabled in YAST.

That’s good to hear, my guess is the broken ones were left over from when the system was installed so with the server registered you should have the required working repos.
