How to perfrom controlled RKE2 upgrade from Rancher GUI

Performing RKE2 upgrade from Rancher GUI, We have heavy application and stateful deployed on cluster which takes time to come up on another node during node drain. Can you please suggest how we can do controlled upgrade from Rancher GUI so that we can pause or delay moving from one node to other node while draining and cordening. Can you suggest some idea how we can perform this ?
