Latest updates for SLES 12 SP5

The last and latest kernel update we deployed on our SLES 12 SP5 servers was the October 2024 kernel 4.12.14-122.231.1
We have two active subscriptions, one of which is “SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12 SP5 Long Term Service Pack Support”

We have SMT server used for deploying new packages, though we do not see any new packages, including kernel updates.
How do we keep up to date with the latest kernel/ security updates on our 12 SP5 servers? For example, we would like to address CVE-2024-53141, but are not sure how to do this. Can you advise ?
