Problems with access course eLearning platform

Hello everyone, the company I work for offers an SUSE eLearning platform service, we are partners. I can access all courses except for one specific course related to Harvester. I opened the developer tools in my browser to check the request error, and it’s basically a 500 error, which seems to be coming from the platform that hosts the courses—Limos, or something like that. I couldn’t find any place to get support for this issue. Can anyone guide me?
