Request Regarding Access to Historical Account (pzhukov@suse.com) and Attached Credentials

Dear SUSE Management,

I am writing to address a critical issue concerning my historical association with SUSE, spanning 19 years starting from the Novell era.

Throughout my tenure, I utilized the corporate email account pzhukov@suse.com. This account was intrinsically linked to significant professional assets, including:

  1. Completed certifications (both from SUSE and other organizations).
  2. Issued licenses and software credentials.
  3. Access permissions granted by various external organizations associated with my role.

Upon my departure from the company, I was informed that the email address associated with this account could not be changed. Consequently, I now find myself completely unable to access this account or verify the certifications and credentials accumulated over my 19 years of service. This includes proof of achievements not solely related to SUSE, but also from other entities that granted me access via this SUSE email.

This situation presents a significant professional hurdle. After dedicating nearly two decades to the company, I cannot even verify my own certified qualifications or access records tied to my work. This feels profoundly unjust.

I urgently seek your guidance and assistance in resolving this matter. How can I regain the ability to verify my certifications and access the historical records associated with my professional identity (pzhukov@suse_dot_com)?

I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this serious concern and any solutions you can offer. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely, Pavel Zhukov (ex. pzhukov@novell com suse com, etc)SUSE / Novell Registry ID 10097947

We can take a look at this.

@pp.zhukov we checked internally with @robertsirc. You can address the certification issue to certification@suse.com and provide the necessary information so they can assist you with assigning your personal mail to the certification. Please make sure you provide accurate information so they can assist you.

Hi @pp.zhukov did you manage to contact them ?
