i have a difficulties to find some package in opensuse leap 15.6, libasound2-devel package but the library libasound2 is till there installed. trying to build obs-studio , any idea where to get source to build. Anyone’s help is appreciating.

openSUSE have their own forum at https://forums.opensuse.org 
If you check the “Source package :” line in the output of zypper if libasound2 you will see it’s alsa, so alsa-devel is what is required.
If you have more issues, head over to the correct Forum and ask there…
