Hi,

I am still waiting for any response on this SR. My last contact to you
is four months ago. Meanwhile it looks like the SR is close, even there
is no solution.
Please can someone have a look in that?

Your SR is linked to a defect which depends on a third party provider.
Whenever the defect is updated, you will get automatically notified.

Once an SR is closed, there won't be regular updates.
The only update is when the defect is resolved.

Unfortunately, the third party provider has not responded for sometime.

Hi Ullrich,

We are doing just that.
The developer will further escalate with the third party.
The fact that they are very large is a serious contributing factor to
this delay.
