I'm trying to understand how to configure class-id in sles12 which uses wicked systemd service.
in SLES11 i disabled dhcpcd and was installing and working with dhcp-client.

I'm trying t understand if there's a way to configure the class-id in wicked service or i must work with dhcp-client again?
if so how?

Hi
Have you looked at the man page for wicked-config, are you using ip4 or
ipv6?

for now im using ip4 .
i did looked at the wicked-config and saw some info about vendor-class but not user-class.
and to be honest i didnt figure out how to configure any of them or how the config method works.

Since SLES12 has not yet been publicly released you should use the
support channels provided by whoever gave you access to
SLES12.
