Terrible NIC throughput

Today I updated the package to the latest ones on my RPi. But after rebooting my Pi, the wired network throughput is terrible.
Is this the known bug?

When I used NIC and Wifi, this symptom happened. This symptom was resolved when I stop using wifi.
